Today was an amazing group. We missed you both,  Deby and Sue. Please talk to your soul buddies  in order to get fully caught up with today's work. The theme of today's meeting was the emerging ability to walk in two worlds. The two worlds can mean the 3 D   and spirit worlds , the human and animal worlds, the sane and the" crazy" world, the healthy and the "sick" world. It doesn't matter, the lessons are here to teach us how to slow down and walk more carefully on the edge of the two worlds. During sharing, we discovered that everyone had stories about needing to walk slowly and watch our reactions to events.


We also discovered a common thread about the groundhog. Ground hog has physically  appeared for several of us as a totem animal and I do believe that he/she is also appearing  for the group as a whole. groundhog totem.

The appearance  of the groundhog validates that we are doing very  sacred work.
